About Us
We are a small firm located in Stafford Springs and primarily serve clients east of the Connecticut river. Being a small firm, we realize we can't practice in all areas of the law so we specifically focus on those areas of the law which we know and do best: Real Estate transactions, personal injury cases, wills & estate planning, probate, and landlord/tenant matters.
Wendell Avery
Attorney Avery graduated Western New England School of Law in 2003. While at WNEC, Attorney Avery served on the Law Review in 2002 as a Junior Staff Member, and again in 2003 as an Associate Managing Editor. Having started his law practice in Stafford in 2004, Attorney Avery has over 15 years of experience.
Kimberly Harper
Kimberly is our senior real estate paralegal and office manager, with over 15 years of experience, having joined the practice in 2005. In addition to managing office staff, Kimberly's primary focus is on real estate purchase transactions, mortgage refinancing, and regulatory compliance.
Miranda Kenderdine
Miranda is one of our paralegals who joined the practice in 2016. Miranda's primary focus is on real estate sales transactions, evictions, and probate matters.
Joan Posocco
Having retired as a senior banking executive, Joan came to the practice in 2019 and provides administrative support to the staff.
